Cleaned hall closet. Cleared Lena's "findings" from behind the couch, chair and under tables. Sorted all the craft supplies. Several loads of laundry and a load of dishes. Still so much to do. But.... Roxy is thoroughly exhausted from following me around while I was cleaning. Sound asleep now. :) cute.

Dog lovers. I have a question. I have been putting Roxy in the crate during the day, to ward off the destruction she reigns when left free. Twice now she has pooped and peed in the crate. I feed her very very early, and take her out a couple of times before we leave, so i know she has a chanced to do her business before she's in the crate. I tried confining her to just the kitchen, but she shows great promise as Kai's Successor in the Houdini department--and has escaped in ways i still cant figure out. any thoughts on how i can train her to poop? on command? so she can relieve her self BEFORE the crate? or other ideas? i am kind of stumped on this. probably the answer is obvious and i just cant see it... Daughter volunteered to make dinner last night: For me, tiny cheese and cucumber heart shaped sandwiches. For her: the ever epic peanut butter, cheese, jam and turkey. All together on one sandwich. Which amazingly, she ate almost the whole thing! Oh yum!
